| Second time I use this hotel for business travel!
I will return again, as the quality is 5 star with great service and facilities. Recommend executive room with free access to business lounge, where also breakfast is served. Transfer from Airport is also included as an executive floor guest. |

| Perfect choice for staying in Sofia, near all the major sites. (Then again, Sofia is not a very big city, so you will always be more or less near everything.) The hotel is in great shape, has an almost "brand-new" feel to it, the rooms are well-designed and spacious, bathrooms are modern and cozy, bed is comfortable, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful, the price is very reasonable- what else can you expect from a great hotel? We didn't try the breakfast buffet, but it looked abundant and tasty. And check out the two surreal paintings behind the front desk! I would definitely stay there again. |

| A very nice hotel in a good location. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast buffet is of good quality & a special mention for the staff who were friendly, efficient & attentive at all times.
The only small critisism I have is about the leisure facilities,in particular the pool which is very small. That said this should not detract from what is a quality & well run establishment.
If you are visiting Sofia then I can really recommend this hotel. |

| My partner arrived at 9.30am on day of booking, and enquired if she could leave bags
as was prior to check in, was told that she could go straight to room. My flight was delayed and my bags did not make it on arrival. Concierge took details from me and said to leave it with him, bags where delivered to my room the next afternoon. The Breakfast was top class and the service fantastic. Having never been to eastern Europe was blown away with condition of hotel. Top quality German tapeware and sanitary fixtures. 10 minute walk to the centre of Sofia througlh the park. |

| The Hilton provides goo dquality accommodation with good service-staff are obviously well trained.The gripes would be the high costs of food ,drinks and other services relative to Bulgarian costs .Internet is also charged at what are very high rates-for a business hotel this is unacceptable to my mind. |

| Reasonable location, very helpful staff, excellent buffet breakfast. Rooms slightly small but very comfortable. Spa facilities ok - swimming pool quite small and there is no jacuzzi. My only other criticism is the wifi access was very expensive and I think this should be free to guests of the hotel. |
